Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DevSan Short, including the website, dashboard, short links, notes, QR tools, advertising tools, and Telegram bot features.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to use online services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity performed through your account.

2. Service features

DevSan Short provides short links, password-protected and expiring links, QR codes, notes, public link checks, analytics, UTM tools, ad-order workflows, and Telegram integrations. Some features may require an account, manual approval, or a paid plan.

3. User content

You retain ownership of URLs, notes, QR payloads, ad copy, and other content you submit. You grant DevSan Short the limited rights needed to store, process, display, and transmit that content to operate the service.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use the service for phishing, malware, fraud, spam, deceptive redirects, credential theft, impersonation, harassment, illegal content, child sexual abuse material, doxxing, copyright infringement, or attempts to bypass moderation and rate limits. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms.

5. Advertising and payments

Advertising orders and VIP requests may require manual review and payment confirmation. No click, impression, conversion, ranking, revenue, or availability outcome is guaranteed.

6. Enforcement

We may disable links, notes, QR codes, ads, or accounts when we reasonably believe they violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change over time.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevSan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by German law unless mandatory local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
