01

Start and account

Understand the dashboard, security settings and current usage.

Dashboard overview

Account required

Use the dashboard as the source of truth for your saved content, plan, usage and recent activity.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Sign in and open Dashboard from the account menu.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Use Create new for a link, QR code, Page, note, UTM link or ad order.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Review Getting started and usage meters before creating a large batch.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Open recent items from their cards instead of recreating the same content.

Before you finish

  • Your email is verified and the correct account name is visible.
  • Usage numbers and recent activity belong to this account.

Good to know

Dashboard totals can update after the related click, scan or background task is processed.

Profile, password and connected accounts

Account required

Keep your identity, preferred language, password and connected sign-in providers current.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Open Settings and confirm your name, email and preferred language.

  2. 2
    Step 2

If you change email, complete the new verification flow before using protected dashboard tools.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Use a unique password and save it with a trusted password manager.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Review connected providers and unlink one only when another working sign-in method remains.

Before you finish

  • You can sign out and sign back in before removing a provider.
  • No password or recovery code is stored in notes or support tickets.

Good to know

Provider buttons appear only when that provider is securely configured by the operator.

Usage and limits

Account required

See how much of each plan allowance has been used and avoid interrupted workflows.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Open Usage from the sidebar or account menu.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Compare each used amount with its displayed allowance and reset period.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Open the related tool to archive or remove content you no longer need.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Review Plans before an allowance is exhausted if you need more capacity.

Before you finish

  • The meter belongs to the currently active subscription.
  • A limit is not confused with an analytics date range.

Good to know

Deleting an item does not necessarily erase historical aggregate analytics or immediately restore every allowance.

02

Create and publish

Build links, QR codes, Pages and shareable notes.

QR Studio

Account required · some options depend on plan

Build a scanner-safe QR code, preview its payload and download the final file for print or screen.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Choose the payload type and enter the final text, URL, Wi-Fi or contact data.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Select design, colors and frame while keeping strong foreground/background contrast.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Preview and scan the result with at least two different phones before saving.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Open the saved QR to download an available format or review scan analytics.

Before you finish

  • The downloaded file scans, not only the on-screen preview.
  • The decoded Persian, Arabic or other Unicode text exactly matches the input.

Good to know

Dynamic destinations and some design or analytics options can depend on the active plan.

Pages and social links

Account required · availability can be configured

Create a mobile-first public profile page with blocks, branded styling and ordered social destinations.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Choose a unique slug, title, description and a layout that fits your content.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Add and reorder link, heading, text, image or video blocks as needed.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Add social profiles with the correct platform and full public URL, then preview mobile and RTL layout.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Save the Page and test every public block and social icon in a private browser window.

Before you finish

  • Every link opens the intended public destination.
  • Text remains readable and buttons remain tappable at phone width.

Good to know

A Page is public after publishing; never place private contact details or secret URLs in its blocks.

Shareable notes

Account required

Publish plain text with optional access controls when a full Page is unnecessary.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Open Notes and create a clear title and plain-text body.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Set an alias, password or expiry only when the note needs controlled access.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Save and test the public note from a signed-out browser.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Return to Notes to edit or delete content that should no longer be shared.

Before you finish

  • The note contains no password, token or sensitive personal data.
  • Expiry and password behavior match the selected settings.

Good to know

Anyone with an unprotected note URL can read it until it expires or is removed.

03

Measure and grow

Read analytics, group assets, order ads and use referrals.

Analytics

Account required · some options depend on plan

Review privacy-aware aggregate engagement for links, QR codes and Pages without exposing visitor identities.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Choose the date range and confirm its time zone and comparison period.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Read engagements over time before interpreting country, device, browser or referrer breakdowns.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Open a specific link, QR code or Page for asset-level detail.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Export only when your plan permits it, then store the file securely.

Before you finish

  • Small samples are not treated as a reliable trend.
  • Unknown country or referrer values are not guessed.

Good to know

Advanced breakdowns, history length and export access can differ by plan or trial state.

Campaigns

Account required · availability can be configured

Group existing links, QR codes and Pages under one campaign and use consistent UTM attribution.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Create a campaign with a descriptive name and optional UTM source, medium and campaign values.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Select only the assets that belong to the same promotion.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Save and verify that the campaign summary shows the intended assets.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Review combined clicks, scans and Page activity without double-counting the same intent.

Before you finish

  • UTM values use one consistent spelling and casing.
  • An asset is removed when it no longer belongs to the campaign.

Good to know

Campaign metrics combine existing activity; they do not generate traffic by themselves.

Advertising orders

Account required · availability can be configured

Choose an available placement, submit creative material and follow review, payment and delivery status.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Review the active packages, placement, duration, format and content requirements.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Create an order with the final destination and safe, licensed creative.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Reply to operator messages and replace the image if a revision is requested.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Use the order timeline and invoice status to confirm approval, payment and delivery.

Before you finish

  • The destination works and the creative matches the selected package.
  • Payment is made only through the method shown on the official order or bot flow.

Good to know

Packages and payment methods appear only while enabled by the operator; submitting does not guarantee approval.

Referrals

Account required · availability can be configured

Share your personal referral address and follow qualified participation under the displayed rules.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Open Referrals and read the current eligibility and reward conditions.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Copy only your own referral link and share it without misleading claims.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Ask the invited person to register normally and complete any displayed qualification steps.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Review pending and credited activity in the referral history.

Before you finish

  • Self-referrals and duplicate/fake accounts are not used.
  • A pending referral is not presented as an earned reward.

Good to know

Referral rules and rewards can change; the current dashboard wording is authoritative.

04

Connect and automate

Connect Telegram, the Mini App, browser tools, API and domains.

Connect your Telegram account

Open through the official Telegram bot

Create or sign in to your website account inside the official Mini App; the verified Telegram identity is then linked automatically.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Open Account → Connect account in the official bot and tap Secure registration or sign-in.

  2. 2
    Step 2

If you are new, register in the Mini App; if you already have an account, sign in there. Never send your password in chat.

  3. 3
    Step 3

After authentication, return to the Mini App and verify the exact Telegram identity and website account shown as connected.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Create a test item in the bot and confirm it appears under the same website account.

Before you finish

  • The Mini App was opened from the official bot and the website password was never sent in chat.
  • The displayed Telegram identity is yours before you continue.

Good to know

A dashboard one-time code remains only as a recovery fallback. Disconnecting stops the association; it does not automatically delete previously saved website content.

Telegram Mini App

Open through the official Telegram bot

Use the compact Telegram workspace only when Telegram supplies signed session data to the server.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Open the Mini App with the menu button inside the official bot chat.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Review the displayed Telegram identity and account connection state.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Use only the tools shown as available in the Mini App; open the full dashboard for advanced settings.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Confirm created content appears in the connected website account.

Before you finish

  • The Mini App was not opened from an unknown forwarded link.
  • The website account and Telegram identity shown are the intended pair.

Good to know

A normal browser cannot provide valid Telegram launch data and may show an outside-Telegram message.

Browser extension and API

Account required · availability can be configured

Install the available browser package or create a scoped API token for your own automation.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Download the package from Integrations and verify the published checksum before local installation.

  2. 2
    Step 2

For API use, create a token with only the abilities and expiry your integration needs.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Copy a newly created token once, store it in a secret manager and test the documented endpoint.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Revoke unused or exposed tokens and remove an extension you no longer trust or use.

Before you finish

  • No token is pasted into a Page, note, screenshot or support ticket.
  • The extension source and host permissions match the package documentation.

Good to know

A downloadable package is not the same as a signed public store listing; store publication requires publisher review.

Custom domains

Account, eligible plan and operator activation required

Prove DNS ownership, point the hostname correctly and wait for operator TLS activation before using it.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Add a hostname you control; do not enter a path, protocol or someone else's domain.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Create the exact TXT verification record shown in the dashboard.

  3. 3
    Step 3

After verification, create the displayed CNAME and allow DNS time to propagate.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Use the domain only after its status says active and HTTPS works without a certificate warning.

Before you finish

  • TXT and CNAME values exactly match the dashboard.
  • The hostname is active over HTTPS before links are shared.

Good to know

DNS verification alone does not install TLS or activate the web server; operator provisioning is also required.

05

Plan, billing and support

Manage subscriptions, invoices, payments and support tickets.

Plans and subscription

Account required · availability can be configured

Compare current limits, choose an available plan and follow the official request/payment state.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Review your active plan, end date and current usage before changing plans.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Compare the displayed duration, currency, allowances and feature access.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Create a subscription request and use only the payment method offered in that request.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Wait for confirmed payment/activation and then recheck plan and allowances in the dashboard.

Before you finish

  • The plan, duration, total and currency are correct before payment.
  • The dashboard says active before paid features are treated as available.

Good to know

Telegram Stars is completed inside the official bot; website gateways appear only when configured and enabled.

Billing, invoices and payments

Account required · availability can be configured

Review totals and status, start an available payment and retain the official invoice reference.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Open Billing or Invoices and select the record owned by your account.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Check line items, quantity, unit price, total, currency and payment status.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Start payment once and follow the provider return flow without refreshing duplicate submissions.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Return to the invoice and confirm its recorded status; contact support if the provider and invoice disagree.

Before you finish

  • The browser domain is the official site or payment provider.
  • No full card, bank secret or one-time code is sent to support.

Good to know

A provider success screen is not sufficient by itself; the server-recorded invoice status is authoritative.

Support tickets

Account required

Create one focused ticket, follow replies and close it only when the issue is resolved.

  1. 1
    Step 1

Search this Help Center and collect the page, action, result and approximate time.

  2. 2
    Step 2

Create a ticket in the closest category with one clear subject and reproducible steps.

  3. 3
    Step 3

Attach only safe files with personal, token and payment details removed.

  4. 4
    Step 4

Reply in the existing thread; close it when solved or reopen it if the same issue returns.

Before you finish

  • The ticket contains no password, API token or Telegram connection code.
  • A duplicate ticket is not opened for the same incident.

Good to know

Support can diagnose more quickly with an exact time, route and harmless screenshot than with account secrets.

No guide matches that search. Try a tool name such as QR, Telegram or billing.

Troubleshooting

Problems and safe fixes

Try these checks before opening a ticket. Never include a password, one-time code, full API token or payment secret in a support message.

A dashboard page is too wide or text is cut off

Reload once, set browser zoom to 100%, and capture the page name, device width, language and the clipped area. Do not include account secrets in the screenshot.

A short link reaches the wrong page

Open its edit screen, compare the complete destination and UTM values, then test the short address in a private window. Check expiry and password rules too.

A QR preview scans but the downloaded file does not

Download again, avoid recoloring the file in another editor, preserve the quiet border and test the downloaded PNG or SVG with two phones.

Telegram does not connect

Generate a new code, send it once from the intended account to the official bot and confirm it has not expired. Never send that code to support.

The Mini App says it is outside Telegram

Close it and reopen with the Mini App button inside the official bot chat. A normal browser cannot supply signed Telegram launch data.

Analytics country or referrer is unknown

Unknown means the source did not provide reliable information. It is not an error to replace with a guessed value; compare the coverage note and sample size.

A custom domain is verified but not active

Check the exact CNAME and HTTPS status. Verification proves ownership, while active service also needs DNS health, TLS and operator provisioning.

Payment succeeded but the plan is unchanged

Do not pay again. Save the official invoice reference and approximate time, refresh the invoice once, then open one support ticket if its server status is still pending.

Still need help?

Tell support which page you used, what you expected, what happened and the approximate time. Screenshots should hide personal and payment data.
