Delete your DevSan One account
You can submit a permanent deletion request in the browser without reinstalling the app.
How to submit the request
- Open /app/account in your browser and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Request the one-time code sent to your verified email, then enter it with the exact account email.
- Confirm permanent deletion. Disconnecting the app is a separate action and does not delete website data.
What is removed
The account, login connections, active sessions and tokens, and user-authored links, QR codes, notes, pages, campaigns, domains, support content and advertising creative are deleted or irreversibly de-identified. Public resources stop working.
Limited records we retain
We keep only records required for tax, accounting, payment reconciliation, security, abuse prevention, an open legal claim, or an investigation. Direct profile identifiers and unnecessary free text are removed.
Maximum standard retention periods
- Accounting books and records: up to 10 years from the end of the relevant calendar year.
- Booking vouchers, including invoices: up to 8 years from the end of the relevant calendar year.
- Tax-relevant business correspondence and other tax documents: up to 6 years from the end of the relevant calendar year.
- Security and content-safety records: normally no more than 90 days. Revoked DevSan One token hashes: 7 days.
- A period may be extended only while a tax limitation period, legal claim, fraud case, abuse report, or security investigation remains open.
